The April 6 meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by the President with the
Pledge of Allegiance. 24 Members were present.
- Jeff Lemieux and Larry Tambrino from Lake Delta Fire Dept. Addressed the Members in
attendance regarding their Show, September 25, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., it is going to be Peoples
Choice Balloting. They are requesting a Donation to Enter, Please.
- CNY Car Club Association –
They are looking for a 1940’s Black car for a Movie. If interested See Larry N..
The Show List is Done.
- Right Coast
There is going to be a Figure 8 Derby and Tractor Pulls During the Syracuse Show.
The Snowmobiles have been moved.
Still Time to Sign Up to Work the Registration Desk. The Club gets good Money
for our Charities for doing this little bit of work.
They have Vendors coming from as far away as California, Canada Florida and Wisconsin.
Morrisville College is doing a 33 Ford Factory 5 Car for the Syracuse Nationals.
Treasurer’s Report given by Miles;
- 63 Members have paid their Dues for 2010.
- Have the New Embossed Cards.
* The Treasurer’s Report was accepted by the Membership in attendance.

- Friday Night Cruise- In
There are Seven paid Sponsors for the Friday Night Cruise-In, Boulevard Trailer Sales,
John’s Auto Restoration, Cozy Cabin, Ace Hardware, Rome Volkswagen, Vignetos,
and Jamie’s Place for 2 Half Weeks.

$100.00 Donation by Davidson Auto Group and Nicky Noodles. We also have
Donations from Larry’s Tire, Merchandise from Advance Auto, Delta Lake Inn.,
Haun Welding, Subway Subs and Skips Auto and Truck Repair.
Remember Bob Cane can possibly do a Radio Interview for the Weekly Sponsor.
- Jim Brady and Mike T. went to Lee town Board Meeting to Request use of the Town of Lee Park from the Lee Town Board, and was granted permission for the August Show.
- Cruise International Auction at the Turning Stone is still undecided.
- Portable Tables from Lowes are $52 ea. It was agreed to wait for them to go on sale.
- Canal Fest will NOT be the SAME Weekend as our August Show.
- SHOW Sign Template – Rick is talking with JR Graphics about them.
- CRUISE- IN DJ – Motion to retain Bob Cane at $150 per Night, made by Mike T.,
Second by Rick Aiello, Motion Passed.
- August Show Chair is Miles Thompson with Mike Szaraz, Rick Aiello, and Larry Natarelli as Vice Chairs.
New Business
- Cruise-In Parking – In order to gain more exposure earlier in the evening, please start
Parking by the Chain near the Street.
- Rick will talk to the Church about the Speed “MOUNTAIN” Bump, about possibly
removing them on Friday Evenings.
- $1.00 Entry Donation to cover expenses with excess to be Raffled back to entrants.

News
- Jim Rassmussen and Dick Bronson Placed 1st in their respective Classes at the
March Show at the Fairgrounds. Well Done Guys.
- SUNY IT Marcy – Having Show April 25, $10 Entry.
A motion by Darwin was made and seconded by Bob Murtha to close the meeting. Motion passed.
Meeting closed at 8:05PM.
