Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Polish Home
26 Members were in attendance
Also Ted, Kelly, and John were present representing Rite-Aid.

*The meeting opened at 7:08 with the pledge of allegiance
* President Rick Aiello thanked everyone for their efforts toward putting on a great show.
The club also thanked Rite-Aid for their support and participation.
* Treasurers Report:
Final numbers are not yet in for the show. (more income & expenses to take place)
Expenditures may be reviewed if requested.
Income from Tent $50 Sale of TT member shirts $438
From Fri for Welcome Hall $586 Donations + 50 food items
Miles stated that due are $20.00 on Jan 1 or anytime during the year.
A motion was made to accept the treasurers report. Motion accepted
* August 3 Show:
Miles gave a report on our show.
Considering it was our first time at this new venue, the show went very smoothly.
Some changes are in order and they will be compiled and discussed at later meetings.
It was suggested that the winners pictures be put on our website.
Kelly said she will develop a website just for our show that will include the pictures plus more, and be linked to our website.
Kelly is going to make flyers for next years show ASAP so they can be passed out at this years remaining shows.
Brian Esch recognized those NON members who did a great deal to make our show a success.
* Rick brought a sample of the future page for our website for the “Charter Members page”
* Miles made a motion that we establish position of Club Historian. It was seconded & passed. Discussion: The board needs to come up with a description of duties.
* Christmas Party We need a volunteer to plan it.
*Bob Murtha gave seniors a ride in the Honor America Days Parade and paid for their lunch.
He requested to be reimbursed for $25.50. Motion was seconded and passed.
*Jim Brady Rick & Jim made a donation from the Tappet Twirlers to the Rome police of stuffed animals for them to give to distressed children.
*Some of our members are sick/hospitalized/recovering and in need of our thoughts & prayers, and maybe a card from you.

Don Jones is going to have open heart surgery.
A motion was made the close the meeting and seconded. Accepted
