The January 4 meeting was called to order at 7:06 PM by the President with the
Pledge of Allegiance. 20 Members were present.
Treasurer’s Report given by Miles;
- The Club’s Cruise-In Sponsorship in 2010 was Up nicely from 2009.
- 43 Members have paid their Dues for 2011.
- We have 13 Hats and 30 Shirts.
- 2011 Dues are Currently DUE, $20 Individual, $35 Couple
* A motion was made by Rick Aiello and a second by Jim Brady to accept the report.
Motion passed.
Old Business
- We have received several Thank You’s for our Donations. Veterans Outreach,
Polish Home, Rome Rescue Mission.
- We have received the Scholarship Form from RFA.
- Miles, Jim and Rick Presented a check to Lee Baseball, and Thanked the
Town of Lee Board for the use of the Park for our Show.
- Jim is going to have a meeting with Carbone Ford, to see what they would like to
do as far as Sponsorship of the cruise-Ins and or Show February 1.
- Jim is checking into who to contact at Family Dollar Distribution about Sponsoring us.
New Business
- The Rockin’ in the Park Web Site is down, Jim is going to get in touch with Kelley
to see why.

- Americu might be interested in Sponsoring the Trophies for this Years Show.
- Mohawk Aviation would like for us to do a little Cruise-In on May 21.
- 2011 Christmas Party, it was agreed upon to go back to the Franklin Hotel,
The 1st Saturday of December.
- Rick Aiello Volunteered to Chair the Cruis-Ins again this Year.
- The Cruise-Ins to start June 3rd and end September 2 and Includes July 1st , with
The possibility of September 9 for Rain Outs.
- Adirondack Motor Book, Collectibles and Memorabilia in Holland Patten,
He would like to get a Cruise-In going in Holland Patten. He is Open Now.
Hours are Noon to 6PM. Field trip February 19, 2 PM. Meet at Mohawk Acres

- Sadly We Lost Roger Smith January 10, 2010. There was 13 Tappet Twirlers
that attended Roger’s Calling Hours. His Family was Very Appreciative.
- There is an Indoor Car Show at Paradise Market, 3179 Erie Blvd. Syracuse,
February 4, 5, 6th and it is FREE.

ONLY Paid Members will Receive the News Letter After the March Meeting.
Also, Only Paid Members are eligible to Participate in Club Activities.
