The March 1 meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM by the President with the
Pledge of Allegiance. 24 Members were present.
CNY Car Show Association
- At the April Meeting they will need the Names of Volunteers for the Syracuse Nationals.
- Lake Delta F.D. has joined the CNY Car Show Association.
Treasurer’s Report given by Miles;
- The Books are in Process of being Audited and a Report will be made next Month.
The Check Book was Audited by Lysle Parker, Jim Esch, and Jim Brady, they reported
“all is well”, and a Full Report will be made at the April Meeting.
- 49 Members have paid their Dues for 2011.
* The Treasurer’s Report was accepted by the Membership in attendance.
Old Business
- Bob Cain & Oldies 96.1 Agreed to Hold their price at $170 per Week.
- AmeriCu can not Sponsor the Trophies for the August Show. Family Dollar and
Nice-N-Easy are going to be Approached.
- The Membership List is being update after the April Meeting, so get your Dues in as soon as possible to remain on the active list.
- T-Shirts to Sell during the Friday Night Cruise-In and the August Car Show was voted

New Business
- An E-Mail for the Club has been setup – rockininthepark@gmail.com.
- MVCC Aviation is going to have a Fly-In May 21 and would like some of our Cars
To come and Display. There is going to be a Fly Over at Noon. There will be a
Military display of C-130, C-5, Chinook and other Helicopters. 10AM – 4PM.
August Show
- Show Chairman & Sound System – Peder Messina, Vice Chair – Bob Augustine,
Registration – Rick Aiello, Flea Market & Field Marking – Miles Thompson,
Trash – Darwin Piersall, Raffle & 50/50 – Brian Esch, Spectator Parking – Jim Brady,
Food Vendors – Kurt Stewart, Judging - , Awards - .
- It was Decided by a Vote to again do a Judged Show, Peder has put some thought into
Streamlining Judging, and on how to Educate the Membership on how to Judge and
What to Look for.
News
- We Received a Thank You from Mary Lou Smith, Roger’s Wife, and their Son.
- We received a Thank You from the Rome Rescue Mission for our Donations.
A motion by Bob Murtha, Seconded by Bob Augustine to close the meeting. Motion passed.
Meeting closed at 8:27PM.
50/50 was Won by Bob Murtha
