The meeting called to order at 7:07 by President Rick Aiello with the pledge of allegiance.

Treasurers Report:

Miles read the treasures report. All remaining monies will be given to the Rescue Hall around Thanksgiving, and the account will be closed at that time.

The club still has 122 window stickers left at $1.00 each.

We also have various size T-shirts at $6.00 each.

A motion was made to accept the treasure’s report, motion seconded and passed.

Rick had a discussion with the members present on the donation of the monies to charity. It was decided that the money would be divided among two charities, discussion was held and it was decided that the members present would make suggestions on the charities.

1)      Cluster 13

2)      Rome Humane Society

3)      Town Of Lee Baseball Association

4)      Ronald McDonald House

5)      Lucy’s House

The members will vote when they cast their ballots for the new officers.

A motion was and seconded to make a monetary donation to the Polish Home, for the use of there hall. Motion Passed.

Next meeting will be held on December 2, at 7:00PM

Kathy Johnson will be collecting money for our Christmas party, to be held on December 6, 2008

A motion was made and seconded to close the meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.

PS  Don Jones attended the meeting and announced that he had become a                                                                                                   “GRANDPA”.

PSS Chuck Hayes announced the he had finally gotten his SHELBY, of course in was in the form of his new granddaughter, congrats to both of them.
