The November 3 meeting was called to order at 7:06PM by the Vice President with the pledge of allegiance. 24 members were present.
Miles gave the Treasures report; a motion was made along with a second to accept the report. Motion passed
Don’t forget this years Christmas Party will be held on December 12th, at the Franklin Hotel starting at 6:30PM.
The club has received a thank you card from The Humane Society of Rome for our donation.
In the last news letter the subject of equipment that is owned by the club was discussed. The board has discussed
what to sell and what to keep, this equipment was offered for sale to current club members who were in attendance at the meeting.
Car Dolly - $150.00 bid
Engine Hoist - $101.00 bid
(3) Ice chests – No bid will be kept for storage.
(2) Tents – Not for sale, will be kept and possibly repaired.
Gas Grill – A motion was made and seconded to donate to Vernon Verona Sherrill School. Motion passed.
Radios – No radios were found only 1 charger was located, no bid. A motion was made and seconded to discard. Motion passed.
Trophies – No bid a motion was made and seconded to use these for future club functions. Motion passed.
(4) tables- $5.00 bid for each.
Cash Register – No bid, a motion was made and seconded to donate to the Rescue Mission’s new store that will be opening in the near future. Motion passed.
(2) Kool -Aid dispensers - Not for sale
A motion was made and seconded to accept all bids that were submitted. Motion passed.
As reported in the last news letter elections of Officers and Board Members will be held at the November meeting. The following were elected for a term of one year.

The following were elected to the Board of Directors for a term of two years.

A motion was made and seconded to close the meeting. Motion passed.
