The November 5 meeting was called to order at 7:11 PM by the President with the
Pledge of Allegiance. 28 Members were present.
Treasurer’s Report given by Miles;
- 83 Members have paid their Dues for 2010.
- 2011 Membership Dues are Currently being Accepted. Rates See Below.
- $5000 has been placed into a CD for Next Years August Show Expenses.
* The Treasurer’s Report was accepted by the Membership in attendance.

Charitable Donations
- To Clear Up Major Donations, Since Lee Center Fire Dept. is not Considered a
Charitable Organization, $250 going to Upstate Cerebral Palsy and $250 to Toys for Tots.
Motion by Larry N., 2nd by Art Fountain. Motion Passed.
- Rome Mission $150 for Thanksgiving & $150 for Christmas. Motion by Rick, 2nd by Jessie.
Motion Passed.
- Motion for 8 - $150 Donations from Our Show Proceeds. Motion by Jessie Swinney
2nd by Mike O’Rourke. Motion Passed.
They are as Follows : Hospice, Salvation Army, Jervis Library (Children’s Section),
Lee Baseball, Cluster 13, Rome Polish Home, Habitat for Humanity and St. John’s Church.

- Our Donation Total this Year is about $5100. Great Effort by All this Year.

- Dave Edgerton of Distinctive Street Rods offered the Club a Shop Tour
For Nov. 13 at 2 PM.
Note – The Tour was enjoyed by All, even with Lysle Parker getting poured into
Mike O’Rourke’s T-Bucket. Thanks Go Out to Dave for the Great Time.
- CNY Association Dues are Due.
- Jim Brady is Touching Up the Car Show Signs, if you can Help, Let Jim Know.
- Tony Perritano had Back Surgery the first Week of November, Drop Him a
Line and wish Him Well.
- Carbone’s has Shown interest in the Cruise-In Sponsorship the same as Last Year,
and possibly more. Time will tell.
CHRISTMAS PARTY
- The Christmas Party will be at the Franklin Hotel again this Year. It will be
December 11, starting at 6PM with Cash Bar, Soft Drinks and Hors Devours.
