*The meeting opened at 7:03 with the pledge of allegiance

 

* Treasurers Report:

Miles read the treasurers report

Expenditures may be reviewed if requested.

Collections for the Welcome Hall were delivered. About $200 left to give (will be done ASAP) The club still has 125 window stickers left at $1.00ea.

Also we have various sizes of member “T” shirts @$6.00ea.

A motion was made to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion accepted

 

* A motion was made to hold the Christmas party at the Polish Home on Dec.9th at 6PM  Motion Passed.

 

* We need to decide on a charity to benefit from the proceeds of our show. Please bring your choices to the November meeting.

 

 

*We need to redo or replace our sandwich signs.  Jim Brady volunteered to look at them and report back on a possible solution.

 

* A discussion was held regarding the letter that Deb Strange sent to all of our members.

She did NOT have permission to use the club member’s email addresses.  Also the concerns contained in the letter should have been brought to the Board of Directors for discussion.

 

* Don Jones has had his surgery and is doing much better.

 

* Nominations for officers for 2009 were as follows:

Assistant Secretary - none,     Secretary - none,   Treasurer - none,   Vice President - Jesse Sweeny,   President - Rick Aiello,   Director - Dave Esch,  Steve Gorczynski,  Jim Esch,  Lyle Parker

 

* Hanna Barringer Presented the trophies that she won at “The Original Grand Finale Cruise-In.”  Hanna shows her Jr. Dragster at many local shows.   Way To Go Hanna.

 

 

A motion was made the close the meeting and seconded.  Accepted
