The meeting was called to order by Pres. Rick Aiello at 7:06PM, with the pledge of allegiance. This will be the last meeting at the Rome Polish Home as they will be closing in the near future. We are looking at other places to hold our meetings. Jim Brady stated that R.F.A. is available for use by not-for -profit groups. Jim Brady has the required form to apply to the school board, for our group to use this facility. A motion was made and seconded, it was approved. Jim will look into our having future meetings at R.F.A..

The treasures report was given by Miles Thompson, a motion was made by Jim Esch, and seconded by Dave Esch to approve the report as given.

Several area restaurants have been contacted about pricing for the Christmas Party, they are:
Delta Lake Inn- $19.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Boyz From Italy- $19.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Franklin Hotel- $16:50 per person, tax and gratuity included.
After some discussion a motion was made and seconded that we go to the Franklin Hotel, approved.

There was some additional discussion about pricing for members. In the past the Club has picked up the tab for members. With full price being paid by spouse and or guest. As we all know the Club is having some financial difficulties this year with sponsorship for the Friday night Cruise In's. After much discussion it was decided by a vote of the members present, that the Club members will pay $10.00 per member and guests will be $16.50. The Club will pay the $6.50 difference for members. A motion was made and seconded that we book the Franklin Hotel, approved. The Christmas Party will be held on Saturday December 12, 2009, at a time to be determined so mark your calendars!

A discussion took place about the equipment that the club owns, and what shape some of it is in.
Equipment owned:

Tow Dolly
Engine Hoist
3 Ice Chests
2 Tents 20' by 30'
Club Banner (Missing) If anyone has this please let one of the officers know.

Between now and the next meeting the Board will look at and determine a fair value of the items that we need to get rid of. It was suggested that a silent auction be held to sell the items no longer needed.

Rite-Aid has received a check from the Club for $444.98 to be donated to the Children's Miracle Network.

A motion was made and seconded to close the meeting at 8:10PM. approved.

Next meeting to be held at Rome Free Academy, Griffiss Business Park in the little cafeteria on Tuesday November 3rd, at 7:00PM
