Meeting called to order by President Rick Aiello at 7:05p.m..
Members were led in the Pledge of Allegiance by Bob Augustine
Attendance Protocol
All parties in attendance should sign the attendance notebook upon arrival.
First order of Business was the reading of the Treasurer’s Report by Mile Thompson
Totals from August show not yet tallied and will be reported at the next meeting.
Motion made to accept report,
Motioned seconded
Motion passed.
Next the floor was given to Ted and Kelly from Rite Aid.
Kelly suggested those who supported our show this year both vehicles and vendors should get a break next year
Motion made, seconded and passed.
There was discussion of next years show and changes to be made. After much input from the members in attendance a motion was made
to have a committee decide the classes after the main meeting, seconded and passed.
The Members thanked Ted and Kelly as well as the photographer John who was not there.
Mention was made of the Camden show where we had about 9 cars in attendance.

Jeff Bryson won Peoples Choice
Congratulations to all of you
Mike took the floor to discuss where to donate our check from the Syracuse Nationals
Many charities were suggested. The 5 chosen are
Children Miracle Network
Rome Humane Society,
First Baptist Church-Karen Mission
CP Center at Griffiss Park
And
Cluster 13
Each Charity will receive their check later this month
.
Motion to end the meeting was made, seconded and passed.
Many members stayed after the meeting and with tons of input and ideas the classes for nest years show were set.
That list was forwarded to Kelly for next years flyers.
Next months meeting will be on October 6, 2009
